Often times, we are able to answer your computer questions right over the phone. If you need more than a phone conversation, we offer professional computer diagnosis in our shop for desktops and laptops.

When you bring your computer into Jeff’s, we run a full hardware and software diagnostic for you. We don’t just go ahead and repair or upgrade it -- instead we call you to discuss our findings and advise you based on your specific needs. That means you know exactly what it will cost to repair your computer.

If ultimately, you choose to get a new or refurbished machine instead of repairing your current one – either from us or elsewhere – we can easily transfer your data from your old machine.
